We are coining the term 'Community terraforming' to describe our community transformation agenda. The term refers to our aim in making our communities more habitable for young people.

Our Projects Include: property development, managed workspace, community businesses, arts programmes, sports and leisure facilities, retail and market space, town centre managementm building restoration, environmental improvement, community transport, education work, employment training, information services, community development, social provision, health centres, horticulture, agriculture and many more accross the West Midlands and Wales.

Work Placement Officer
Salary £16-18K per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 17.5 per week

Our subsidiary Vine Access Centres works with ‘hard to engage’ young people, re-engaging them back into employment, education and life.

We are currently looking for a focused and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Work Placement Officer within this Charitable Company.

The successful candidate will build on the Vine’s experience of engaging with young people and with employers, with a view to securing apprenticeship / work experience opportunities for young people who are NEET (Not in employment, education or training).

We are currently looking for a focused and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Youth Engagement Officer within this Charitable Company. The Youth Engagement Officer will be pro-active in engaging NEET young people with the Vine’s programmes, ensuring that the agreed target numbers of young people are engaged with the Vine’s Apprenticeship, Work Experience and Guided Youth Work programmes.

We are looking to appoint Sessional youth workers to provide guided youth engagement programme of positive activities, support and guidance for young people.
They will be a qualified professional with extensive experience in a youth work environment.
